The dress that demanded more

Hello all, I hope you are all blooming marvelous!

I'm on a roll with the chazza's! I scored 2 dresses which cost me £6.99, bargain-licious!

I have to show you these first, this is literary gold.

*cackle*

Love this

Look how happy he is!
Where is his tractor?
it must be worn out

Little red and I traipsing in mud

Sensible mud wear

This is the best fitting dress in the world.......ever
I immediately wanted to sew down the buttons over my rack

but the dress deserved some cleavage

which put me in a dilemma

I have big boobs (no shit! hahaha)
I am used to covering them up
God forbid I show breasts

Covered up and with a scarf

I tried to do a close up of the dress
my waist doesn't look like that!

more like this!

my normal approach, covered up

*deep breath*
honestly this is ridiculous
buttons undone and scarf

get over yourself woman

there!
I'm not sure about this much exposure

too much?

Can 2 buttons really have that much control?
I keep expecting Jack Regan from 'The Sweeney' to break my door down and growl 'put 'em away love'
no Jack, sod off

I am going try this out an about
If I am honest, I feel quite brazen and dare I say it, sexy (which makes me feel a little uncomfortable??)
anyhoo I will remember the wise words of June Carter-Cash
'I'm talking with my mouth'

And another big Thank-You to the awesome Jo http://angelshaveredhair.blogspot.co.uk/
who painted Vix, Curtise and I.
I can't  quite express how it made me feel in words
But this song is how I feel it

Happy - Pharrell Williams

Have an awesome week you lovely people!

  1. I love both the polkadots and the jean dress. I say leave the 2 buttons open. It is good to feel sexy! Far too sexy for the guy with the tractor ha ha! Maybe just right for the guy knitting some socks.

I like the fact that it was a "quality religious book for children" that said that Mommy drinks because you're bad. Wow. Say no more.

    bisous

  12. "Mommy drinks because you're bad" is going to become my catchphrase; I have never seen anything so fabulous in all my life!
And for gawd's sake, get those buttons undone, flaunt those delightful bazoomas, show how sexy you are, and stop worrying! Seriously, I think a V-neckline is really flattering for big-boobed women, the dress looks gorgeous, and that final pic make me as happy as Pharrell! xxx

  13. I think that dress demands a little undone button action .. the only possible downside of such action may be the heart attack it induces in Mr Foxy.
So glad you liked the painting ... the original is jetting its way to you as we speak ... well ... as I type.

  14. Oh god I need to nail those book covers on my wall pronto!!!! The two-button dilemma is solved IMO, undone is best ... the v-neck it creates lengthens and shows off your beautiful skin ... then say hello to your gorgeous cleavage!! I can't wear high necklines either, I even cut off the neck band on tshirts just to lengthen my neck. I see you're wearing your beautiful new red coat! RED IS YOU!!! Absolutely adore you darling Sandra, so happy to have on my blogroll at last, so I don't miss anymore of your humour and sass ;) xoxoxoxoxooxoxoxoox

  16. Well, you know what they say: ''if you've got it, flaunt it!" Nothing wrong with a little flash of bra in this day and age! Half the world has a pair. The denim dress definitely looks better with a few open buttons, but I love you in the lilac dress, too. Oh, and I'm laughing at that 'religious' book. Brilliant! xx

That dark dress looks great on you! Definitely leave it unbuttoned in a casual kind of way, without the scarf. Just be careful bending over.

  19. Hello Sandra,

We have stumbled into your world via the delicious Curtise and what fun we have had.

Your red ensemble is just the perfect way of brightening a dull day. Indeed, even the mud starts to look quite glamorous! The floral dress is so pretty and the coat is terrific.

And, the blue dress suits you wonderfully well. Unbuttoned it transforms you and it into a glamour combination. A chameleon outfit if ever there was! This garment is surely designed to become a best friend.

We have signed up immediately as followers. Will you be setting up a lending library for your books. If so, please put our names on the borrowing list for the Manly Art of Knitting. Neither of us can knit but this looks as if it could persuade us.....

The blu dress again is fab, although I would close 1 more botton, because I think its style doesn't get along with cleavage exposure :-) you look gorgeous Sandra, much much Love,
