Dr Seuss

Dr Seuss was a man after my heart

'I like nonsense, it wakes up the brain cells.  Fantasy is a necessary ingredient for living, it's a way of looking through life through the wrong end of the telescope.  Which is what I do, and that enables you to laugh at life's realities'

I am nonsense sometimes/most of the time, and I will always prefer laughing.

Despite my yelping last week about boldness and being more creative I woke up in a white mood, simple.

No shoes, no jewels

minimal accessories, red lips and a bit of sass
luckily you can't see my armpits


Roses from Mr Foxy, because Saturday I was a stroppy sod for a bit
he wanted to cheer me up.
He buys me flowers a lot

they work
I was so impressed they are hung on the wall

it's marmalade on my toast and a hot cup of tea day
I go with the flow
I charge and crash around a lot and then I have a day like today
still, quiet and simple

my 'white' phase may last all morning, I never know

    You look fabulous in all white ... I love to wear white but I'm so clumsy and totally unable to eat or drink without a spillage of some sort that all black is the more practical option.
    I LOVE Dr Suess too ... I am a huge fan from way back! They were the only books that I didn't mind reading to the kids over and over and over ... like kids make you do.

    You look so pretty in your white frock and fuck off bow and, of course, the must have accessory this season, a doorstop (so that's where I'm going wrong!). Those bows are brilliant, maybe that's because I'm a Sagittarius! xxx

    Dr Seuss is my life guru. I live by his teachings. (Can I call myself a Seussian?) Love the simplicity of the white dress and pop of red in your lippy. Very classic look. I can't pull off the white frock look because as soon as I wear white I spill something ghastly on myself. XXX

    Dr Seuss is my favourite, I still have all the Dr S books from when the lads were wee. You look gorgeous in White, a colour I cannot do because at my age I still cannot keep white clean!! Lovin' the BOW!!
